Family Cycling in Lewisham this summer

This summer there are organised cycle rides taking place all over Lewisham. Each ride is led by a qualified British Cycling Ride Leader in groups of around 20-30 people and some of them are geared specifically for families, including the Waterlink Way on June 30th. It starts and finishes at Catford Bridge station, is along a mostly traffic-free route and it costs nothing to join. It starts at 2pm, is around 5km and should take no more than an hour and a half, so perfect for all ages.

In case you didn't realise - and I didn't until recently - but our very own local CamperVanTastic don't just hire out posh campervans. You can buy camping equipment from their online store (including kites and kayaks) or, if you already have a van or tent, you can hire accessories, such as portapotties or awnings. Check them out at www.campervantastic.com.
